My name is Oliver Kramer. I am a multiple German master craftsman and state-certified technical specialist with over 35 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
My professional experience in Germany included roles as technical director of medium-sized construction companies, sales manager in the prefabricated house industry, and leading positions in the field of turnkey modernization, extensions, conversions and additions.
From 2013 to 2022, I was the managing director and sales manager of a German-speaking architecture and construction company in Mallorca. The focus was on new construction, conversion, and renovation of high-quality properties, as well as on supporting German-speaking clients on the island.
Today I use this experience independently in the interest of my clients – focusing on client representation, project management, and technical and commercial project control.

Depending on the project, we work with experienced architects, civil engineers, construction technicians, master tradespeople, specialist consultants and surveyors. The client’s interests always remain at the heart of our work.
